  • Managed capital equipment order process, up to $300M per contract.
  • Responsible for strategic procurement of the high-value aircraft structures. This includes: selecting of capable supply base, issuing of RFPs, evaluating of complex supplier proposals, and negotiating and issuing of major subcontracts.
  • Managed major subsystem subcontracts. This includes: managing and monitoring suppliers’ performance, analyzing suppliers’ cost and schedule performance, working with the suppliers to achieve mutual optimal performance, and maintaining strong and collaborative relationship with the suppliers.
  • Acted as the primary interface between the multi-functional Integrated Product Team and the supplier.
  • Actively participated on supplier base management for the existing products and services and new product development.


CAPITAL CAPACITY MANAGER (Capital Procurement, Project Management, Supplier Management)


  • Managed capital equipment order process, up to $40M per order.
  • Oversaw the equipment procurement life cycle including Forecast, Order, Delivery, Receipt, Payment (FODRP) to ensure successful startup and maintenance of Intel's Virtual Factory (VF) sites, and mainly Intel Fab42 Ocotillo in Chandler, AZ.
