     Simplified Rolling Mix process solution with Technical Lead for Demand Planners using JDA Flexible Allocation Tool improving Need to Produce (NTP) minimum order quantiles at Plant Sources. This process saves a high level of manual effort managing rolling mix product by Demand and Supply Planner.

     Implemented and configured Automated Rolling Forecast based on annual customer quota globally using Demand 360 and JDA 2018 Toolkit. Demand and Inventory variances between actual shipments (both positive and negative) cause the sources to see the NTP change within the frozen zone.

     Architect Pallets planning solution using Open Stock, OSA levels from Demantra based on PPM process and place demand against non-pallet in JDA. It is very critical to Mattel Demand Planners due to lack of visibility to the consumption of the pallets. Pallet forecast from Demantra contains OS and OSA level detail, exploded from BOM components in JDA interfaced from ODS.

Architect the solution using One Step Migration to upgrade JDA 7.8 version to 2018.1 for SCPO Upgrade with Demand Planning, Collaborate, Fulfillment features and functionality. Like for like upgrade from the current version of solutions (v7.8) to v2018.1.

     Solution Architect for redesigning Demand Forecasting Hierarchy to align planning organization structure, process, and aggregate groupings to generate, manage batch programs from SAP and achieve consensus forecast number. Implemented time phased conversion factor to convert forecast volume into dollarized volume using average selling price (ASP) in Demand Workbench, Flexible Allocation and Override Manager.
