Fulfillment Management – Improved the link of S&OP directives to execution (i.e. forward rolling schedule defined by S&OP plan, allocation rules at order entry based on S&OP decisions). Assisted with the building of follow-up procedures and reports for deviations between planned demand allocation to plants and actual sales allocations to plants.
