For a Semiconductor Manufacturer, was responsible for contributing to the architecture and solution delivery of the Enterprise Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) tool/system Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR). This tool provides the Global Supply Chain teams the system of record to manage all Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning solutions.

For Kinaxis, was responsible for the configuration of the RapidResponse interface according to customers distinct needs as defined within the Agile user stories and blueprint design. Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices. Supported deployment workshops to help customers achieve immediate value from their investment. Work closely with Kinaxis Solution Architect to develop a business process design that leverages RapidResponse capabilities.   Carrying out the RR solutions, configurations, development, testing, and delivery/releases to the business partners/teams for S&OP.

Fulfillment Management – Improved the link of S&OP directives to execution (i.e. forward rolling schedule defined by S&OP plan, allocation rules at order entry based on S&OP decisions). Assisted with the building of follow-up procedures and reports for deviations between planned demand allocation to plants and actual sales allocations to plants. Advised on the definition of rules for changing production dates and quantities inside the newly defined frozen, slush and liquid horizons.

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
