For Google, after assisting in the selection of o9 Solutions, went on to project manage the implementation planning effort. Working closely with Google executives, product planning and industrial engineering personnel as well as off-shore manufacturing and vendor entities, identified key process and system upgrades to ensure a successful integration.
For Intuitive Surgical, (surgical robotics manufacturer), advised on the configuration and implementation of o9 Solutions in their supply planning functions. Provided detailed configuration, test, assessment and finalization roadmap that led to an adopted implementation plan. Included critical organization adjustments and change management efforts
For AbbVie, (Pharma/MedDevices), drove an overhaul of their demand and supply planning function after providing direction and support of an evaluation between Kinaxis and o9 Solutions. For a nation-wide manufacturer of smoke & fire detections systems marketed to both commercial concerns as well as big-box retailers drove the assessment of Blue Yonder to satisfy their inventory planning and execution capabilities. Provided an implementation roadmap for BY and a methodology for execution across multiple business units and geographies.
For Coca-Cola, performed a fit-assessment of SAP’s Customs Management module for their international manufacturing and distribution/bottling operations. Directed detailed sales & shipping process mapping as well as integration needs between and amongst customs, custom brokers, carriers, and production.

In a merger between GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer Pharmaceutical of their Consumer Health operations, formed and directed an executive-led team to evaluate the alignment and gaps of their respective Supplier and Sourcing capabilities. Effort involved an in-depth evaluation of and recommendation for the Sourcing and Supply structure of the Joint Venture, incorporating planning for the ultimate spin-off as an independent entity in 2022-2023. Executive Consulting - Contract
For a prospective Foxconn supplier, managed the bid process to win a significant contract for the development of a 20 million square foot, multi-building campus in Wisconsin, representing an over $20,000,000,000 investment for the contract manufacturer. The effort included close coordination with the state government, general contractors, and regulatory agencies. It also included documenting that my client had sufficient supply chain systems and supply chain process capabilities to operate and sustain the processes & functions necessary to support such a massive undertaking.

Effort included the extensive mapping of significant procurement and supply chain functions across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, as well as their emerging operations in Africa and Latin America.
For Sears Holdings, performed several assessments to optimize their Supply Chain operations as support of their e-Commerce initiatives placed strains upon their execution ability. Worked closely with their order fulfillment management staff to adjust and revamp their distribution analytics to handle both their store replenishment as well as their ship-direct model, and build the flexibility to handle both as the mix continued to change. For Electro-Motive Diesel, the world’s leading locomotive manufacturer developed a strategic plan to expand their worldwide production capability focusing on Eastern Europe, India, and Africa.

For Hospira, a $3.5 billion pharmaceutical manufacturer, developed and implemented a program for S&OP processing. Challenged to improve their Supply Forecasting capability, the company was under the additional pressure to accommodate an aggressive international acquisition program and the need to assimilate logistically and managerially diverse operations as well.
For Takeda Inc, Japan’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer, participated in the creation of a U.S. domestic Clinical Trial Operations unit. Focusing on the geographics and logistics of the distribution, control and return of all clinical trial material and data, led the data collection and cost estimation effort. Directed development and presentation to the executive management team of process mapping of critical functions. Went on to assist in the assessment and selection of necessary application to support the operation.
