  • For a major global food producer, was a Solution Architect worked on the Global Services JDA Demand, D360, JDA Market Manager upgrade for US Foods, Canada Foods/Pet, Mexico Gum/Pet/Snacks. Develop and coordinate System Integration tests (SIT), end user acceptance tests (BIT), end user training, issue tracking and resolution in coordination with technical team. Go Live preparation, support and post Go live support.
