I have developed hands on automation scripts with worksoft certify that span across ADOBE forms, Excel, Notepad, and SAP Portals. The SAP processes automated and tested are related to order to cash, purchase to pay, spending chains, reimbursables, funds management, and budgeting. Developed standards to create functional design specs for SAP cost management, spending chains, reimbursables, and HR mini master data. Gatekeeper for the GFEBS SA requirements stored and managed in HP ALM 11.50. Produced and created flow process diagrams for SAP payroll processes, time tracking with standard costing using ARIS flow process diagramming solution. Created derivation rules for each cost object (i.e. WBS elements, cost centers, internal orders). In the FM derivation table for cost centers each cost center was associated with a specific fund and functional area. Validated DASA-CE cost center hierarchy. PMO SAP Implementation Manager, SADARA Sep 13 – July 2014 Use Agile lightweight SCRUM methodology to create product backlogs and prioritize user functionality and delivered functionality to end user in 30 days sprints. Implementation manager for the SAP green field joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical. Managed a team of functional consultants to review all system integrator’s proposed change request in accordance with project scope, requirements and budget for the SAP modules of HCM, EHS, Supply Chain, Plant Maintenance, FI-CO. Decreased the change request costs from $20 million to $10 million. Implemented the project’s business KPIs to reduce lead times, WIP, inventories, and reduce cost of goods sold per APICS. As part of cutover activities managed the relocation of the data center from the USA to Saudi Arabia, prepared end users with uperform simulations for system cut over, conducted gap analysis, conducted end user site surveys, and managed hypercare activities after system go-live. Peer-reviewed the training of end users by role and processes as provided by system integrator and provided feedback to the steering committee. Manager for the Florida’s Department of Revenue SAP archiving strategy for corporate, retail, unemployment, and fuel taxes. Managed the workshops to identify the SAP data residency and retention rules to archive taxes stored within SAP Open Text. Conducted workshops with business analysts to identify business processes that are subject to SAP archiving. Managed 3 basis team members and 2 ABAP developers to reverse engineer which SAP custom and system tables are updated for the identified business processes and subject to archiving. Managed outsourced and onshore team members to test the Microsoft SAP solution (FI-CO, ESS, MSS, HCM, SD, MM, Availability to Promise) with HP Performance Center, Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Team foundation server. Managed the development of ~ 20 Unix based and ~ 100 automated HP loadrunner and automated test cases with the virtual user generator to generate system load, traffic to ensure that the Microsoft SAP landscape would not suffer performance degradation with a load of 50,000 concurrent users. Produced strategy plan to generate SAP data to consume with HP Loadrunner test cases.
PMO ORACLE Manager Tester, SCES FMS July 10 – July 2012 Manager for the testing of the SCES Foreign Military Sales with the ORACLE enterprise suite and QLIK data analytics business intelligence solution for case execution. Developed TEMP for an ACAT III program for letters of acceptance (LOA), letter of request (LOR), case amendments. Established WIPTs to review the TEMP with government agencies JITC, and Operational Testing. Developed the KPPs, MOEs, and MOSs from the system-engineering plan. Developed complex SQL queries in HP ALM, ACESS, and TOAD to represent the FMS requirements. Assisted with the development of DODAF diagrams such as OV, AV, and ST.
PMO SAP Test Director, Bank of America May 09 – June 10 Used 4 week sprints to deliver system features in an AGILE approach under the six sigma phases and a predictable cost and schedule. Managed the ERP migration from ORACLE to SAP at Bank of America after merger with Merrill Lynch for financial processes including chart of accounts for assets under management n excess of ~1 Trillion Dollars.
