Currently, I am a Sr. SAP HANA Migration Consultant managing the risks, scope, development, configuration, hypercare activities, for an SAP HANA implementation converted from JD Edwards running on an Azure private cloud with the SAP MDG, SAP C4, and SAP OTC modules and interfacing with snowflake, BODS, Salesforce, tableau, alteryx for analytics for the world’s largest seller of industrial batteries.

-I manage a team of on shore and off shore SAP functional, SAP developers, and SAP basis resources with AGILE methodology that are implementing hypercare user stories through azure dev ops and ServiceNow to address issues from upgrading the ERP from JD Edwards to SAP HANA.

-I manage the implementation of 12 new fulfillment centers in SAP that include interfacing to third party partners for inbound, and outbound logistics, and EDI interfaces, SAP smoke/SIT/UAT testing of 200+ test scenarios. The SAP EDI transactions managed are for third party logistics, inbound logistics, transportation companies and carriers, outbound logistics, and uber freight.

-I manage the implementation of supplier sourcing scenarios that includes integration of SAP IBP (integrated business planning), OTC, Snowflake and data analytics and reporting in power bi.

-I project manage the data cleansing of data, synchronization of data between SAP HANA MDG and legacy applications so SAP HANA is the golden system of record.

Currently, I work with the IBM team as a senior consultant for the GFEBS project and I assisted them with expertise in automating and testing GFEBS SAP based processes on ECC and Portals with worksoft certify. I have developed hands on automation scripts with worksoft certify that span across ADOBE forms, Excel, Notepad, and SAP Portals. The SAP processes automated and tested are related to order to cash, purchase to pay, spending chains, reimbursables, funds management, and budgeting. Created activity types, assessments, distributions, statistical key figures for cost management and funds management modules. I was the SME as well for integrating the worksoft certify scripts with ALM.  

SAP America Project Manager, Client: SAP, Reston, VA     01/20-06/20

Currently, I am a Project Manager supporting a SAP internal project, as it relates to the green field implementation for S4HANA Model company 1909 that integrates with a tax engine solution for calculating sales taxes, a contract management solution, a CRM based solution for quotation and campaigns. I manage 15 resources reporting to me with a $14 million budget. Created and managed worksoft certify automated role-based test scripts for SAP spending chains, funds management and reimbursables using SAP NEXTLABS and reported results with worksoft BPP. Validated FM account assignments from the derivation rules for commitment items and funds center. Gathered end user  requirements with AGILE user stories. Led the onshore and offshore teams for manual and automated testing for an SAP HANA 2.0 Database and server and BW 7.5 upgrade with process change analyzer (TBOMs). Managed a team of 20 resources to capture SAP DBM (dealer business management) business processes for services, warranty, leasing, IDOCS, APIs and converted into ~2000 test cases within ALM 12.52 and JIRA/TestRail. Managed efforts to automate ~600 SAP test cases with UFT/Worksoft Certify including accounting validations, interfaces, and pricing conditions. SAP Senior Consultant, LMI                           June 2016 – October 2017

Supported the Army’s GCSS Inc-2 aviation programs to maintain, upload, and manage the capability developer CASCOM aviation requirements in support of the SAP PM modules, BI/BW, aviation notebook, and Army’s APS legacy system. Installed and customized HP ALM12.52 on a hardened server with IA standards and integrated with certificates to SAP Solution Manager 7.2 for business process repository and ARIS modeling solution. PMO SAP SME Consultant, GFEBS SA FM&C      Aug 2014 – May 2016

Supported the Army’s GFEBS SA implementation to partition SAP data by cost and funds center. Developed standards to create functional design specs for SAP cost management, spending chains, reimbursables, and HR mini master data. Gatekeeper for the GFEBS SA requirements stored and managed in HP ALM 11.50. Produced and created flow process diagrams for SAP payroll processes, time tracking with standard costing using ARIS flow process diagramming solution. Created derivation rules for each cost object (i.e. WBS elements, cost centers, internal orders). In the FM derivation table for cost centers each cost center was associated with a specific fund and functional area. Validated DASA-CE cost center hierarchy. Investigated and resolved GFEBS ULOs and UMDs. Created RACI charts for identifying all SAP user roles related to GFEBS SA cost management and time tracking business processes. Managed change request (CR) meetings to facilitate changes to requirements. Point of contact and facilitator to government’s audit team for questions on requirements functionality. Peer-reviewed for PMO the deliverables from lead systems integrator for SAP training plan, requirements plan, TEMP, and deployment plans.

PMO SAP Implementation Manager, SADARA      Sep 13 – July 2014

Use Agile lightweight SCRUM methodology to create product backlogs and prioritize user functionality and delivered functionality to end user in 30 days sprints. Implementation manager for the SAP green field joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical. Managed a team of functional consultants to review all system integrator’s proposed change request in accordance with project scope, requirements and budget for the SAP modules of HCM, EHS, Supply Chain, Plant Maintenance, FI-CO. Decreased the change request costs from $20 million to $10 million. Implemented the project’s business KPIs to reduce lead times, WIP, inventories, and reduce cost of goods sold per APICS. As part of cutover activities managed the relocation of the data center from the USA to Saudi Arabia, prepared end users with uperform simulations for system cut over, conducted gap analysis, conducted end user site surveys, and managed hypercare activities after system go-live. Peer-reviewed the training of end users by role and processes as provided by system integrator and provided feedback to the steering committee. Implemented end user survey to evaluate quality of the architecture, solution, and design. Managed project’s risks, and system integrator deliverables accordance with the project charter and SOW. Managed the implementation of SAP CHARM in Solution Manager, TBOMS, service desk, IDOCS, REST, and service manager.

PMO SAP Manager, FL Department of Revenue        Jan 13 – July 2013

Added AGILE and SCRUM transparency to develop a definition of “DONE” for deliverables. Manager for the Florida’s Department of Revenue SAP archiving strategy for corporate, retail, unemployment, and fuel taxes. Managed the workshops to identify the SAP data residency and retention rules to archive taxes stored within SAP Open Text. Conducted workshops with business analysts to identify business processes that are subject to SAP archiving. Managed 3 basis team members and 2 ABAP developers to reverse engineer which SAP custom and system tables are updated for the identified business processes and subject to archiving. Created the project charter, business case, assumptions, scope statement, and project initiation activities for PMO and develop a budget to initiate the SAP archiving initiate at the department of revenue. Managed assigned resources, scheduled, and earn value management metrics (CPI, SPI) on HP PPM. PMO SAP Manager Tester, MICROSOFT         Aug 12 – December 2012

Manager for the testing of the MICROSOFT SAP technical upgrade for its retail units running SAP ECC, PORTALs, APIs, and Web services. Managed outsourced and onshore team members to test the Microsoft SAP solution (FI-CO, ESS, MSS, HCM, SD, MM, Availability to Promise) with HP Performance Center, Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Team foundation server. Managed the development of ~ 20 Unix based and ~ 100 automated HP loadrunner and automated test cases with the virtual user generator to generate system load, traffic to ensure that the Microsoft SAP landscape would not suffer performance degradation with a load of 50,000 concurrent users. Produced strategy plan to generate SAP data to consume with HP Loadrunner test cases.

PMO ORACLE Manager Tester, SCES FMS               July 10 – July 2012

Manager for the testing of the SCES Foreign Military Sales with the ORACLE enterprise suite and QLIK data analytics business intelligence solution for case execution. Developed TEMP for an ACAT III program for letters of acceptance (LOA), letter of request (LOR), case amendments. Established WIPTs to review the TEMP with government agencies JITC, and Operational Testing. Developed the KPPs, MOEs, and MOSs from the system-engineering plan. Developed complex SQL queries in HP ALM, ACESS, and TOAD to represent the FMS requirements. Assisted with the development of DODAF diagrams such as OV, AV, and ST.

PMO SAP Test Director, Bank of America                    May 09 – June 10

Used 4 week sprints to deliver system features in an AGILE approach under the six sigma phases and a predictable cost and schedule. Managed the ERP migration from ORACLE to SAP at Bank of America after merger with Merrill Lynch for financial processes including chart of accounts for assets under management n excess of ~1 Trillion Dollars. Managed and directed SAP testing across multiple releases, including business process testing, functional testing, scalability/load testing, performance testing, conversion testing, batch testing, and regression testing with HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager (CHARM, CBT, TBOM), APIs, SAP TAO, Worksoft Certify, Quicktest Professional, and HP Loadrunner. Test manager for the Army’s MAIS program SAP implementation for GCSS F/T (Field and Tactical) replacing and subsuming ~100 legacy systems, and interfacing with over ~80 feeder system including GFEBS, LMP, and US Treasury for a total end user population of 150,000 SAP users. Produced test plans and test strategy for U.S ARMY project subject to Dod 5000 acquisitions series for SAP supply chain, Logistics, SAP Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul.
