   SME for a Tivoli environment consisting of, ITM 5.12, TEC 3.9, ITIM 4.6, TRM 4.2,

   Recruited to support the eBIZ Web Hosting environment using Tivoli Framework,              
        BMC, Candle, ITM5.1 and ITM6.1.  
Created custom Solaris hardware monitors that notified of problems before a server would fail.  In the first 6 months of deployment this caught over 30 
outages from the proactive nature of the monitor. Part a team that created, and deployed  repeatable processes, for migration of remote server farms in 
to “one” farm in many locations. This process-reduced man-hours needed for migration over 2 hours a server.  Adhere to all Corporate, Change, and 
Problem ticket policies and procedures. Supported AIX, Solaris, Windows NT4.0,2000,2003 and Linux  servers. Created custom solutions as needed.
