W2 Method of Consulting
Under this relationship we identify a mutually agreeable hourly rate (all
inclusive). Peningo will deduct your social security , medicare, federal and
state taxes. Peningo will pay the employer’s share of social security and
medicare taxes. All inclusive means that there is no further compensation than
that resulting by multiplying approved hours times the agreed all inclusive
hourly rate.
